We were chosen to prepare a full design and construct turnkey contract for this warehouse and administration facility, as part of our partnership with Blueridge Business Park. The benefit of having one single, local Project Manager through the entire land sales, design and full construct, made the process simple and effective for the business.
The construction involved the completion of a warehouse building, storage mezzanine, administration and operations area, car parking, driveways and landscaping. With investment potential in mind, the building has been constructed to suit any future occupants.
Already, the business has seen huge gains, with up to 40% savings on energy costs recorded so far, as well as overall business efficiency aided by having a more usable and organised space. The new premises has provided a more professional space, aiding the business’s image with customers.
