Design and Construct contract for two (2) industrial multipurpose buildings including amenities, office areas, car parking, driveways and landscaping.

Unit 1

Occupied by Strathbrook Regional Services for their air-conditioning and refrigeration business. Includes workshop space and an office administration area.

Unit 2

Occupied by Crossfit Dubbo for the operation of their fitness business including client amenities area.

Both buildings feature 6m eave heights, structural steel clear span portal frames, full height precast concrete wall cladding, polished concrete office floors and LED lighting.
