Our team guided the design, approval and construction of this new workshop and administration facility, including a clear span workshop building, administration area, car parking, driveways and landscaping.
The new premise has allowed the business to fully remove inefficiencies. With more space, and without adding any additional staff, they have increased productivity by 25%.
The project also involved design and coordination with the client’s equipment suppliers for spray-paint booths, vehicle hoists and wash bay requirements. Our involvement from the early stages, guiding building design, enabled the business to make a better land selection to meet their needs and ensure they made the most of their space, access and aspect.
